Prelude/Opening Prayer 

Call to Worship* (Responsively) 

     Come, people of God, for the Holy One calls us to
      gather.
    We come, seeking the One who is our refuge and
    strength.
    In times of joy and in days of trouble, God is our constant 
    companion.
    We trust in the One who hears our cries and answers 
    with steadfast love.     
    The Holy One welcomes the weary, shelters the
    vulnerable, and heals the broken hearted.
    We come to worship the God who offers sanctuary
    and peace.
    Let us lift our voices in praise and our hearts in gratitude.
    For the Lord is good, and God’s mercy endures
    forever! Amen.
