Worship gathers the people of God regularly, and is the major focus of our life and faith journey together here at Community Baptist Church. We are blessed through the ministry we share, our times of fellowship, study and worship, through our music program and lay participation. Sermons are preached with a Biblical focus and we invite people to make decisions for Christ. The leadership of worship is shared among our Pastoral staff, Minister of Music, and lay people. A children's story is part of our Sunday morning worship service followed by Children's church, a separate service designed specifically for them. We observe Communion the first Sunday of each month, with special Communion services on Christmas Eve and Maundy Thursday.

Two important thoughts are conveyed each week as we gather in fellowship, study and worship:

1) The "Ministers" of our Church are ALL Worshipers!

and

2) Our Worship continues as we give thanks to God through the giving of ourselves to Him by serving one another. When we leave our Church building, WE are Christ's Church present in the world!

On Sunday mornings children between the ages of 4-11 are welcome to join us as we worship the Lord in singing, Bible lessons, crafts, and even a visit from our puppet ministry. Children's church is conducted during the morning worship service.
